Lime Tree Hotel near 32nd Avenue

We booked two rooms for our large family, and the manager, Anand, kindly accommodated us with adjacent rooms. The food was enjoyable, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. While the location was convenient overall, it was a bit far from some of the places we needed to visit—but we were aware of that beforehand.

The breakfast selection could be expanded to offer more variety.

Overall, considering the price and star rating, we were satisfied with our stay. The staff was very accommodating, and the manager, Anand, went above and beyond—especially in helping us navigate language barriers. The food at the hotel was decent and enjoyed by the children. The location near 32nd Avenue was convenient, though the immediate area felt quite crowded and offered limited options within walking distance. That said, rideshare services like Uber make it easy to reach many attractions nearby.

I don't think I have encountered more accommodating front office staff in any of my (many) previous hotel stays. The property manager Mr. Anand Kumar and his assistant Piyush were simply exceptional. Anand took care of every one of our needs, including late check-in, putting an additional bed in the room, extending our stay, changing our room, resolving a parking situation, and checking out late (with temporary storage of luggage). Combined with the very central location of the property in Gurugram, including being right next to 32nd Avenue, a great hangout place with many exceptional eateries, this made our stay very convenient and comfortable. In summary, awesome - thank you so much Anand and Piyush!

Clean. Very nice, friendly people. The Managar, Mr Anand was most helpful in every way. Well located in Sector 15. Easily accessible at all times.

The neighbouring building has some loose metal plates on the road that make sounds when cars run over them. Try a room away from that side.

With respect to cleanliness and hygiene, I would give it a 4.5 out of 5 as they had separate bathroom and in-room mop to get the floors cleaned. The cupboards were old and the walls had little stains in them. Coming to the location, it is situated at a walkable distance to the entrance of 32nd avenue.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights for INR 2,240/night. Initially they gave me a room without balcony, whereas I had booked a room with balcony, when asked, they shifted me to a nearby room with balcony. I couldn't use the balcony as it was shared and there was no view as such. Also I had purchased the breakfast inclusive option but the hotel itself has a restaurant on its own so I was allowed to order one breakfast option with tea for free, which gets delivered to your room. I would suggest you to take the 'without breakfast' option and directly order from the restaurant itself as it will be much cheaper. On the second day of the stay, the AC didn't work and I had a hard time trying to sleep as it was hot, there were some electrical fluctuations that wasn't resolved. I couldn't use the hot water as well, but since the weather was hot, I was able to manage as the water wasn't too cold.The place is safe and the staff are friendly, overall a good place, but I found the place too expensive for what they offered. You can easily get a 4 star hotel at this price instead.

Reception staff were courteous and receptive. Clean ambience maintained. Location convenient for local travel.

The sofa’s are old and restiched multiple times, Wi-Fi wasn’t working. The TV is only for using OTT based apps u can’t watch regular channels. The service was pathetic and there are too many restrictions and conditions for food availability, no tissues in hotel, some food was out of stock etc.

Looked a nice hotel. However my room was booked when I arrived. They told me I had missed calls , of which I have no record on my phone..This may have been while I was in the air.A more robust , flexible & realistic booking process is needed. Especially for travelers coming a long distance. The hotel reception manager was helpful with wifi & finding me alternative accommodation in the vicinity.

The room that we stayed in was spacious enough for 2 and the bathroom was also equipped well. Hospitality was good. Mr Anand at reception and surendra were very helpful and polite all the time. Thanks to the staff we enjoyed our stay

We had booked a bigger room but the room had a transparent door to the shared balcony with poor lock and curtains. Felt unsecure to privacy and was uncomfortable as was see through if curtains were closed. so we adjusted with a smaller room for privacy.

Great location, short walk to 32nd milestone area. Very reasonable price and friendly staff.
